Practice offers Healthcare plans for purchase online incorporating a monthly
payment taken from your debit or credit card. You will be able to see
your payment history in your online store account under “repeat
purchases”. Futurepay agreements, similar to Direct Debits can be cancelled
at anytime. Our Vet Practice has specific terms and conditions regarding
the purchase of Healthcare plans, so please read them carefully before
considering purchasing or cancelling a Health care plan.
Your monthly payments may change in line with our Vet practice pricing in the future. You are notified by email about any price change at least seven days before the next payment.
If payment fails to be made by your card, you will be notified by worldpay by email. Worldpay will try once a day for three days to take payment. If payment is not taken successfully then our Vet Practice Health Plan terms and conditions will apply.
You are able at any time to enter the worldpay system online (following the simple instructions they give you upon creation of the agreement) and enter a different credit or debit card. This would be necessary if your card expires or you wish payment to come off a different card at anytime. If the Future pay agreement is still in place, outstanding payments will be taken from your new card within 24 hours of it being inputted into the Futurepay agreement.
